New Look For A New Season.
Beverly Hills, CA - The Law Dawgs started the new season looking good both on and off the court. The players took the floor with their new uniforms feeling like a brand new ball club. The game started out with the Law Dawgs taking a 5 point lead, however, the Stars of the Ave fought back and took a commanding 14-7 lead. It seemed the Law Dawgs were going to start the season on a losing note until the entire roster stepped up and played some team ball. The star of the game, George Mgdesyan, put up 20 points for the club while earning himself the Player Of the Week award (POW). The highlight of the 1st half was when George hit the first 3-pointer of his Law Dawgs career bringing the fans to their feet. On a much more somber note the Law Dawgs continued to have trouble at the free throw line where the team shot a miserable 7 for 23 yet managed to win the game 48-44.
