RAINOUT POLICY:

It is important that everyone know the procedure for rainouts:

The home team manager has the responsibility of making the decision and informing both the opposing team manager and the umpires that the game is “rained-out”. This decision is to be made at least 90 minutes prior to game start time to give sufficient notice to players and umpires. If you decide to go ahead with a game, the umpires’ fees are to be paid regardless of how much play takes place (even ½ an inning’s worth!). There is no credit for future games. If the umpires arrive at the field and both managers agree the field is unplayable, each team must pay a $30.00 travel fee.
It also is not a bad idea to touch base with the opposing team manager the evening before to coordinate who will be checking the field for playing conditions.

Also note that the fee for umpires is $75.00 per umpire.
