PAL/BOS MISSION STATEMENT AND DIVISION COORDINATORS
The mission of the Police Athletic League and the Boys of Summer Baseball program is to provide an opportunity for lifelong learning in a safe, competitive and respectful environment where all are encouraged to strive toward athletic excellence along with individual and social growth.
The Boys of Summer has announced its division coordinators for the 2007 season. BOS president Jim Rose has tabbed Al Martin (631-872-0896) of the Islip Bucs for the 18-year-old division, Joe Ciavarella (516-318-9803) of the L.I. Blue Demons will handle the 16-year-old division, Bobby Longo (631-387-3395) of the NY Outlaws to overlook the 15-year-old division, Lou Petrucci (516-330-6643) of the LI Mariners to take care of the 14U division. Joe Salanitri (631-741-9644) of the LI Spartans will look after the 13-year-old division. If you have any questions or issues please contact these gentlemen and they will be more than happy to assist you in any way. Remember the most important issue in this league is to respect and take care of the fields. Have a great summer!!!
To all teams; you MUST have an updated ROSTER on line with up to date STATS by July 1. Failure to comply will eliminate your boys from all post season activity and all awards. This league works because we all do the right thing so please do this ASAP.
