Maryland RBI athletes named MDAAU preseason all-district

 

Maryland AAU Baseball has released preseason Maryland AAU All-District teams recognizing players whose skills stand out in the sport as selected by MDAAU coaches. Players are chosen regardless of their playing positions. Three Maryland RBI athletes were recognized.

 

Ryan Ebert, 2017 Stevenson University (P, C, OF, MI). Ebert plays intercollegiate club baseball for the Mustangs in the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA). 2013 Broadneck HS graduate, led the Bruins in stolen bases his senior year.

 

Connor Graham, 2016 Northern HS (OF, MI). 2015 HS preseason all-state nominee, Graham hit .339 for the MPSSA Class 3A #5 ranked Patriots with 18 RBIs, 18 runs, led the team in doubles (5), with a .431 OBP. Maryland AAU Baseball Outstanding Youth Leadership Award, first team academic all-conference at Northern (2014).

 

Honorable Mention

 

Jake Hoyer, 2015 Broadneck HS (P, 1B, OF). Hoyer hit .301 for the MPSSA Class 4A Bruins with a .417 OBP.
