Tryout Information
This year's Boys soccer tryouts will begin Monday November 2nd at Mesa High School. Tryouts will be held on the east practice fields, just north of the football stadium and south of the baseball stadium. Tryouts will begin around 3:00 pm and will last until around 5:00 pm each day during the week. Each student athlete partcipating will need a physical form on file with our Athletic Secretary (she can be found in the front office) BEFORE they can tryout. Appropriate dress for participation includes soccer attire (t-shirt, shorts, socks) as well as shin guards and shoes (cleats are reccommended but not required for tryouts). It is also a good idea to bring water, although water will be provided by our training staff.
For our 9th graders intending on trying out, there is NO transportation provided to the High School. If they have a physical already on file for a fall sport, they will need a copy (from the Jr. High secretary) of that physical to be brought to the Athletic Secretary at the High School. Please have all 9th graders up to the tryouts as soon as possible.
