Former league member, Nick Otto, was killed in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday, August 28 in Des Moines.  Nick was 57 and most recently played for the Grays.  Please keep Nick's family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

Nick's wife, Lori, posted the following announcement on his Facebook page:

Nick's memorial service will be Friday, September 6 at Caldwell Raddatz Funeral Home, 8201 Hickman Rd in Urbandale.  This service begins at 6pm and will continue at 107 Jefferson Ave in Des Moines at the NALC union hall where there will be food and beverages.  There will be a processional, with police escort, between the funeral home and the hall, traveling Hickman Rd and passing through the same spot where Nick died.  We invite anyone who wants to share a word about Nick, or a memory, to write that down and bring it with you to his memorial service.  If you can't bear to stand up and share it, please pass it to someone who can.  Thanks and see you there.
