NBC World Series Information
--Friday, July 22nd--------------------------------------------------
** All meeting events on Friday will be at the Ramada Inn Downtown (host hotel)**
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Team check in and registration
Pickup team packets, buy banquet tickets, buy gate passes for the week, pay entry fee $250, have two copies of rosters and proof on insurance for the team
4:30 PM Coaches rules meeting - all teams need to be present, limit three coaches per team
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Banquet
Banquet ticket will be required, purchase at registration $15 per person
Banquet will include the following:
1. Introduction of dignitaries
2. Introduction of the teams
3. HAP Dumont director presentation of the history of HAP Dumont
4. Guest speaker Steve Anson
5. Banquet Dinner
8:30 PM Home Run Contest
@ Hummer Park located at 6th and MacVicar
Each team can have up to 4 players, coach pitches to own players
