Subscribe to our Newsletter- All games will be played using High School rules with the exception of the 5th Quarter and the following exemptions.
- Quarters will be six (6) minutes long with stoppage for times outs, foul shots, and other infractions.
- Teams will be allowed three (3) regular time outs of 60 seconds and 2-30 second timeouts each during the entire game. It is the Coach’s decision as to when they will be used. Player’s will be allowed to sit on the bench during the time out.
- 5th Quarter must be played before each game-8 Minute running time. Clock stops at 4 minutes to substitute-No Press
- 5th Quarter On a given game day , if a Varsity/JV team has 8 or more available players or more 5th quarter must be played-BEFORE THE REGULATION GAME.
- If a Varsity/JV team has 7 or less available players-coaches confer before game whether to play the 5th Quarter TO BE PLAYED BEFORE THE REGULATION GAME.
- If the League approves a player to play Varsity and JV Basketball in the same day; due to limited availability of players, those JV Players can play up to 6 Quarters in the same day - excluding the 5th Quarter.
- Remember if you are short players Mike Fogarty , our president must approve addition to your roster for any game
