MYSA Referee Course

Dates & Times: Friday, June 29th (5 pm - 9 pm), Saturday, June 30th
(8 am - 4:30 pm), Sunday, July 1st (9 am - 3:30 pm),
Monday, July 2nd (Test at 6 pm)

Location: MYSA Office (4459 Spyres Way, Ste. A)

Cost: $21 to take the class. There will be an additional cost of $40
for the referee license for all students that pass the test.

Register: Email the MYSA office at mysad8@sbglobal.net. Subject line
should read: Referee course registration. In the message
provide your name and number.

Note: The course is accepting the first 25 students that secure their
spot in the class by paying the $21 non-refundable registration
cost.
