The FINAL FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT RETURN DAYS!
The LAST CHANCEto return Football Equipment will be this
Monday and Tuesday, 4/6/15 & 4/7/15,
at the Mt. Hope Community Center,
on Baker St. in Otisville
(Please go to the right side of the building as you face the front)
MONDAYfrom 5:00PM to 6:00 PM
&
Tuesdayfrom 5:00PM to 7:00PM.
This is for ANYONE that has not turned in their football equipment yet.
EVERYTHING is going out for re-conditioning on Wednesday and if We do not have it back and
re-conditioned, it will not be able to be used anymore. 
If you do not return it, on the either Monday or Tuesday, you will be billed for the cost of replacement and your child WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER UNTIL THE BILL IS PAID.
So please get it all back to Us on monday or Tuesday.
