Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken Baseball will be adopting new rules for bats effective January 1, 2018, in accordance with the standards set by USA Baseball.  There are no changes to the bat rules for 2017, but for anyone considering purchasing a new baseball bat this season, please be advised that new rules go into effect in 2018 and current bats may not meet the new standards.  More information about Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken bat rules can be found at the following links:
