Dear Players, Parents and Families:

     We are coming to the end of the regular season, which means among other things, that it is time to select All Star teams to represent National in the District 1 tournaments and postseason play.  We plan to select a 9/10 team and an 11/12 team frowm the eligible players among the Major and Minor Leagues.  Our By-Laws dictate that All-Stars are selected by vote of the Major League managers, upon nomination.  Each manager wll nominate all of the players he belives should be considered for selectio, and then the voting begins until the roster is complete.  Players are to be selected based on performance, ability, attitude and character, the ngoal being to compile a group of players that best represent out league.

     This week, Team Moms and Board Members will be distributing the All Star/Posyseason Eligibility form to players and parents.  Only players that have an executed Eligibility form and whose parents have completed all of their concession requirments will be considered for selection.  It is anticipated that All Star selection will take place on Sunday, June 4th, so it is important that you return the Eligibility Forms promptly to your Team Mom or Kristine Becker.
