The age cutoff will be:

**A player cannot turn 18 before Jan 1, 2015. This will mean most players in the league will be 15-17.

**Players can be double rostered with a Sr. legion team but must be at (that doesn't mean play) in a miniumum 4 league games (out of a total 14 games). If you plan to stack your team for playoffs, don't even try it.

**Priliminary Rosters will need to be submitted by June 10th, 2014 and Final by June 30th, 2014. Teams may NOT use non-rostered players after June 10h, 2014 or it is a forfeit. It is required that the roster w/ numbers be posted to the Leaguelineup website no later than June 15th along with coaching contact information and schedule.

**Non-legion programs are strictly prohibited from recruiting players who are previously rostered legion players.

**You will not be able to replace players on the roster for any reason past June 15th. Your roster is locked in, regardless of the situation. No exceptions.

**Roster will be maximum 18 players and 12 minimum.

**The league will use Wood bats only. 
 
**Each team must play each other 2 times. Both Games will be 7 inning games.

 **Umpires will be split between teams each league game.

**Playoffs:
** All Teams will make the NLBL Double Elimination Tournament.  

**Each year the home team would rotate so that if you host a team one year, you would go to their place the next year.

**Each team would be responsible for their own insurance. Proof of insurance needs to be submitted to the commissioner by June 9, 2013.

**The league would be American Legion Rules (no exceptions).... this mean helmets for the coaches. No maliscious contact, DH for pitcher only, no reentry, no EH. The home team would be home for the 1st home game and away for the second game of a doubleheader. All LEAGUE GAMES MUST BE MADE UP, IF THERE IS A RAINOUT.

**Each team would be asked to get a local hotel with a league rate. I would list these on the website.

**We would also be looking for fields that are quality as we will look to separate this league from other Babe Ruth programs. Getting crappy fields to host these games would be an issue...
