Next Level High School Pro Am Basketball

Next Level Basketball Association

October 15, 2011

Next Level Basketball League has revived the City of Chicago Pro Am Basketball to be the top league in the city as well as the state. CEO of NLPABA Marvin Sykes Sr. has not spoken to the public directly yet but is very excited about where the league has grown from since day one. Sykes commented briefly about how the league is structured for all top level players from ex nba players to european professionals, and to top athletes from around the city.

We want to emerge as the top Pro Am League around the country and let the fans and people from everywhere know that "We Have Waited Long Enough And Our Time Is Now" is what the banner for the league states and relates to the long drought for the city of not having Pro am basketball.

We aim to achieve our mission by working hard to emphasize the following core values:

Mutual respect for each other, and a commitment to excellence, innovation, integrity and quality in everything we do.

By providing our guests with superior entertainment value in a clean, secure, and comfortable environment—win or lose—regardless of their interest level in basketball.

By helping our sponsors build their brands and grow their business.

By treating our respective constituencies with respect, appreciation, and as we ourselves would want to be treated and serviced. In other words, by putting our fans and sponsors first every single day—and meaning it.

By making our community a better place to live through our support of worthy social causes.

By involving our guests in the game as active participants—not merely spectators.

By knowing who and where our fans are, and reaching out to them.

By working hard to make NLPABA basketball the most popular sport in our community and by selling and humanizing our players to everyone we meet.

By being proactive and accountable in carrying out our mission.
