    Spring Season…
    · 2 practices a week / 2 optional practices a week (Practices are usually in Bergen County, players are from multiple counties & are sometimes able to arrange carpooling.)
    · A few clinics throughout the season run by shooting instructors, local high school coaches, & former college coaches & college players
    · Season runs from March-June/July (varies based on the age of the team, 8th grade and under teams normally run March-June/July, high school teams normally run April-July.)
    · Approximately 8-12 tournaments (also varies based on the age of the team, but all teams go to high-competition, high-exposure tournaments – for example, the NJ State Tournament, Blue Chip events, Junior Nationals, or AAU Nationals if a team receives a bid)
    · The season tuition is incomparable to any other program & players will have the awesome opportunity to train with great equipment while improving individual skills & team skills
    · Players will learn proper conditioning, including plyometric training, strength training (players without a pediatrician’s approval do not use weights), proper stretching, speed/velocity (jumping higher, changing direction), & endurance!
    · Players will participate in great skills & drills workouts where they learn ball-handling, shooting techniques & fundamentals, guard moves, rebounding, passing, post moves, individual defense, help defense, zone defense, man-to-man defense, basketball theory, & much more!
