Fall 2007 Results
8TH GRADE BLAST TEAM WINS HOOP ZONE FALL LEAGUE!!! The 8th grade team went undefeated in the Hoop Zone league, defeating the Gym Ratz in the championship game. 8TH GRADE BLAST TEAM WINS IYB FALL LEAGUE!!! The 8th grade team went 11-1 in the IYB league, defeating the Bergen Beasts in the championship game. They game in 2nd place in the Holy Angels Tournament. Their tuition was $225. Best defensive players: K.R., S.L., R.P. Best at boxing out: R.S., L.F. High scorers: K.C. - 265 pts, M.L. - 200 pts, K.R. - 172 pts.
The 7th and 8th Grade Blast team participated in the A Division of the Pequannock League. Their tuition was $177. The following players were high scorers: M.C. - 41 pts, K.S. - 40 pts, G.N. - 22 pts.
The 7th Grade Blast team finished the regular season in 6th place of the 7th and 8th grade Hoop Zone fall league. They were awarded the 3rd place spot for play-offs, but lost in the semi-finals. Their tuition was $189. The following players were high scorers: M.G. - 52 points, A.S. - 47 points, D.R. & G.P. - 20 points.
The 5th and 6th grade Blast team won 2nd place in the Hoop Zone 5/6 bracket. Their tuition was $177. The following players were high scorers: K.S. - 92 pts, S.P. - 46 pts, C.L. - 45 pts.
The 3rd and 4th grade team had practices in September and October. There were no leagues of our age that we could participate in. Their tuition for practice rental and scrimmage uniforms was $176.
The High School team participated in the West Orange Varsity League. Their tuition was $189. The following players made the following school teams for winter 2007-2008: Megan - St. Elizabeth Varsity, Katie - Morris Catholic JV and Varsity, Halei - West Milford, Claire - Ridgewood, Michelle - Ridgewood, Christine - High Tech, Nicole - Mt. Olive Varsity, Alana - Mahwah
