NJ RHINOS ANNOUNCES PERFORMANCE TRAINING PARTNERSHIP WITH

HACKENSACK UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FITNESS & WELLNESS CENTER POWERED BY THE NY GIANTS

Starting Fall 2016 all NJ Rhinos programs Squirts and above will participate in weekly off ice training sessions at the HUMC Fitness and Wellness center located in Maywood, NJ.  Each player will participate with his team in this training that is custom designed for hockey players to build endurance, strength, agility and overall better performance.  Program will also include a baseline concussion screening and nutritional counseling.
