All Football and Cheerleading Coaches MUST submit a 2012 Coach Application. You can now fill out your Coaches Application online. Just Click On the Link Below, or under the MENU section, Click On "ONLINE FORMS.” Please select either the "Football Coach Application" or "Cheerleading Coach Application.” Please retain a copy for your records. Once submitted, the President, Vice President and either your Football Commissioners or Cheerleading Commissioners will receive a copy, depending on which application is submitted.
Please Note:
ALL Coaches MUST attend all Oswego Youth Tackle Football and Cheer Mandatory Meetings/Training to be eligible to coach for the upcoming season.
All Coaches MUST sign and follow Oswego Youth Tackle Football and Cheer’s Coaches Code of Conduct.
ALL Coaches Must follow all the rules and regulations set forth by IHSA, Tri-County Youth League and Oswego Youth Tackle Football.
All coaches are submitted and approved by the Oswego Youth Tackle Football Board.
