The PLANTATION ATHLETIC LEAGUE DYNAMITES program is a division of the PLANTATION ATHLETIC LEAGUE, which is a non-profit organization providing recreational and competitive sports for the MENTALLY AND OR PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED in the CITY OF PLANTATION, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, near Fort Lauderdale.

The Dynamites Program is available to the residents of Plantation AND non-residents are welcome.

Our Dynamites sports program started in 1993 with soccer and bowling.
Parents have a network of support.

We all have lots of YEAR ROUND fun when we get together.

There is NO AGE LIMIT!

Most importantly, the children and young adults have lots of fun
and make many new friends while being part of an organized sports program that increases their self-confidence and self-esteem.

Due to the great response for these activities, we now offer the following sports for the mentally and or physically challenged:
Soccer, Bowling, Basketball, T-Ball Softball, and Volley Ball.
Coming soon is Bocce.

In addition to the sports mentioned above, we have the following NO AGE LIMIT activities:

Monthly FREE!!!!!! Friday Nights special activities. -Fashion, Talent Shows, Pageants, Gala, Parents & Me Dinners, Bingo, Movies, Dances etc.

Always needed. We encourage and offer high school students the opportunity to earn required community service hours by volunteering with the program. Parents/adults.


We will only give volunteer hours during a SPORT. (Softball, Bowling, Basketball, Soccer.)
We will NOT give volunteer hours during Friday ACTIVITIES. (Unless I call you up and say I need help in such and such an activity and you will get volunteer hours.)


We currently have approximately 350+ participants in our different programs or activities, and we add new names to this list on a regular basis.

All sports events currently take place on Saturdays
and most are between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
Other activities are also on Friday nights 7:30 PM.
Indoor Basketball is on Wednesdays 7PM.


PAL DYNAMITES HAS A SPORT AND ACTIVITY EVERY SATURDAY AND FRIDAY OF THE YEAR!!!!!

DURING THE SUMMER (BASKETBALL) EVEN ON WEDNESDAYS OR THURSDAYS AS WELL.
