Competition Friday: all competition and tournament day.

Daily skill development training with emphasis on:

Shooting, Dribbling, Triple Threat & Passing

Basketball Intellect (IQ)
•
Fundamentals of defense
•
1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 3 on 3 game play to put skills learned into
action.
