Stat Sheet - Word
Here is the new stat sheet for turning in your weekly stats. It is designed with the scorebook in mind, so it will be easy to use. All you have to do is download it to your computer and input your games data from your scorebook to this form, then attach it to an e-mail to the league. Please include the location and any special events that may have occurred. We can't update the site in a timely manner if we do not get stats on time, so please have your stats turned in with 72 hours of your game(s). Please either fax, phone or e-mail them to the league.
