Post 10 Generals
Welcome to the home of the Newark Post 10 Generals Baseball Program based out of Newark, Delaware. Our primary purpose is to give young men the means to make themselves’ better baseball players. Increasing the players knowledge of the game, inspiring work ethics and providing a stage in which they can showcase their skills on a quality program, will go a long way in the development of each player.

The effort and commitment we expect from our players will be very demanding for many. We are only looking for serious competitive players who have a true love of the game and an internal desire to play the game the right way at a high level.

1. We expect our players to be on time in the proper uniform, focused and ready to play each day.
2. We expect our players to play harder, smarter and with more discipline than any other team.
3. We expect our players to compete and never give up on themselves or their teammates.
4. We expect our players to be just as dedicated and professional off the field as on. This includes family, school and community.
5. We expect our players to put the team first.
6. We expect our players not to use excuses for failure.
7. We expect our players to understand that playing baseball is privilege not a right.

Baseball at the next level, be it the college or high school ranks will require players to be responsible for themselves. The player must be the one insuring that his uniform, equipment, body and mind is prepared each and every time when he takes the field. This will be true within our program.
