The PLAYSPORTSTV JACK RUTLEDGE CUP is awarded once a year at our baseball barbecue. Eligible players have participated in all three PSS seasons during the year. The Cup is awarded to the player who, in the judgment of the PSS coaches, has shown a special level of enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and skills development.
The PLAYSPORTSTV JACK RUTLEDGE CUP was established in 2008 to honor the memory of our long time player and friend Jack Rutledge who passed away from leukemia on January 30, 2008. It is sponsored through the generosity of PLAYSPORTSTV and its CEO and PSS coach Doug Donaldson.
