Basketball season is just around the corner, and Roots fall skills sessions for 4th-8th grade boys will help get players prepared for tryouts for the Roots winter teams.

These sessions will be led by Coach Kris Gallagher, who was the very first Roots coach back in 2011. We are very fortunate to have such a great coach lead these sessions. He is an amazing coach with great knowledge of the game. These sessions will focus on fundamentals of the game.  No prior Roots experience is necessary.

There will be 8 skills sessions at Woodward Middle School on the following Wednesdays:

Session 1: September 13
Session 2: September 20
Session 3: September 27
Session 4: October 4
Session 5: October 11
Session 6: October 18
Session 7: October 25
Session 8: November 1

The sessions for 4-5th graders will be from 6:15pm to 7:15pm, and the sessions for 6-8th graders will be from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

The cost for the 8 skills sessions will be $125.
