Free-throw-athon fundraiser, November 19 11:00am to 2:00pm

Our 2nd Annual Roots Free throw-a-thon is on Saturday November the 19th.  This is an important fundraiser that will help in purchasing new uniforms, scholarships, etc.  We will need parent volunteers at each hoop to help count the free throws so your help is much appreciated.

Free throw-a-thon information:

·         Each player will shoot a total of 100 free throws.  They will be grouped with teammates at hoops.

·         Parents will keep track of made and missed free throws with a form provided at the event.

·         The event will be held at Paski gym from 11:00-2:00 (SEE BELOW FOR TIMES)

·         The attached Free throw-a-thon flyer has details about the fundraiser

The free-throw-a-thon flyer and a pledge form for each player are included in the Handouts tab.  Please be sure to bring the Pledge form with you on Saturday.  We will be handing out the Free throw counting form to each player on Saturday.  It is our goal to have each player raise $50.  All funds will strictly be directed towards Roots boys and girls basketball teams.  There is NO connection with the high school program.
