RRBL SPRING SEASON 2017

League Player Registration:  December 1st, 2016 - January 21st, 2017 (12pm)
 
NOTE: Some age groups may fill up and close prior to posted deadlines, space is limited.  Please refer to the AGE KEY to confirm the proper age group for your player.  
 
Select Team Registration:  January 7th-21st, 2016.  
 
 
League Player Registration Fees: 
  • 4U Division:  $60
  • 6U Division and 8U Division:  $135
  • 10U Division, 12U Division, and 14U Division:  $160
A uniform jersey and hat are included with your spring registration.
 
NOTE:  All fees include a $5 surcharge for the City of Round Rock "Field Enhancement Fund."  Additionally, if you do not pay Round Rock city taxes, then an additional $5 surcharge will be required at checkout.  Both of these surcharges are required by our field usage agreement with the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department.

General Information For Spring Season 2017:
For Spring Season,  practices begin in mid-February and the season continues until mid-May.   Weather permitting, Teams in the 6u-14u divisions will be scheduled for 12 regular season games, a mid-season tournament, and an end of season playoff style tournament (single elimination) to determine the league champion in each age group division.
 
**4U teams will be scheduled on Saturdays only for approximately 8-10 total games.
 
 
Additional Information:
  • 1 Division per age group
  • Protections: 6 players maximum
  • Existing D1 rules will be used as there will only be 1 division. 
  • For Age Specific Questions, contact your commisioner.
Important Dates to Remember (subject to change so check frequently): 
  • Registration Opens – December 1, 12pm
  • Registration Closes – January 21, 12pm, 
  • Late registrations (after 1/21) - only if space is available.  $25 late fee and no discounts applied.
  • Manager Applications Due - January 7, 12pm
  • Protection Lists Due – January 14, 12pm, all protected players must be registered and paid by this deadline, No Exceptions
  • Scholarship Applications Due – January 14, 12pm
  • Tryouts - January 28th, 9am-1pm
  • Umpire Meeting - January 29th @ 2pm Baca Center
  • Manager Meeting – TBD
  • Team Parent Meeting – TBD
  • Practices Start – February 13
  • Opening Ceremony - March 4
  • Picture Day - April 9, 12pm - 5pm, location TBD
  • Championship Tournament/Playoff - Week of May 15
  • Closing Ceremony-May 20 or 21
