2015 Spring Registration

The registration form for the 2015 Spring Season has been uploaded to the handouts section on the menu bar

If you are interested in signing your child up for our spring season please follow the instructions below:

 Complete & mail in this form no later than Jan. 24^th, 2015 to avoid a $30 late fee per player

1. For Multiple children make sure to include 1 completed form per child.

2. To receive raffle tickets you must pick up tickets on the 17^th or the 24^th of January.

3. Mail all completed forms with checks to STAA, C/O Michele O’Farrell, 1434 Great Oak Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15220

4. STAA reserves the right to close registration for an age group at any time.

5. If you reside outside of the Chartiers Valley school district please add $30 per player. If you live outside the CV School District include a reason for not registering in your home community. We must ask for a waiver from the league so that you can play in Scott.

OR Sign up in person at Scott Park Saturday January 17^th & January 24^th from 9 am-3 pm in the Community Room (Building next to the pool).  STAA members will be there to answer any questions you may have, plus we will have sample uniforms there to help you with sizing questions.  Don’t forget you will receive raffle tickets that you can sell to pay for your league fees.  To receive tickets you must pick up tickets on the 17^th or the 24^th of January. Also if you sign up in person you will be eligible to win a free registration. We will award one free registration per age group. Drawing is January 24^th 2015.
