SEBL Summer Pro League Registration & Player Participation Fees:
Metro A-League Conference...
(non-NCAA Certified Summer League)
Individual Player Fee: $90.00
- $15 discount for prior participants
- $15 charge for late fee or financed payments (only two payments allowed)
Team Fee: $750.00 per team.
- Roster minimum of 10 players. You must have at least 10 players!
- Current and former NBA, D2, D3, JUCO and NCAA D3 players are allowed to participate. Non-refundable player fees or team fees must be paid to be eligible to play.

City B-League Conference...

Individual Player Fee: $75.00
- $15 discount for prior participants
- $15 charge for late fee or financed payments (only two payments allowed)
Team Fee: $750.00 per team.
- Roster minimum of 10 players.
- Current NCAA D1 Players are not allowed to participate in the City B-League Conference. Current NBA players, or players who have ever been compensated to play basketball, are not permitted to participate. Current and former NCAA D2, D3, NAIA players are allowed. Non-refundable player fees or team fees must be paid to be eligible to play.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
1. Team Registration... Team representative must contact the SEBL League office in regards to being accepted as a team member of the SEBL. Upon approval, each player must complete an SEBL Participant Waiver Agreement Form, which can be either downloded from the website by clicking on the "Handouts" link; or, the form can be filled out and submitted directly by clicking on "Online Forms" and completing the same form and simply pressing submit. The "online" form may ask you to make payment online, but just ignore and submit (the online payment feature is not operational at this time). Payment for Team Registration should be mailed to the address shown, in the form of a money order only (no checks, no cash). Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
2. Individual Registration... The SEBL does accept individual registration. Player must complete the SEBL Participant Waiver Agreement Form by either downloading from the "Handouts Section," printing and mailing in; or, by submitting form online by clicking on the "Online Forms" section. Online form can be completed and submitted directly to SEBL Office. Registration fee should be mailed to address shown and in the form of a money order only (no checks, no cash). Prospective players will not be assigned to a team and registration will, under no circumstances, be considered complete until fees are received. Also, individual registration is accepted at the SEBL's discretion and SEBL reserves right not to accept a player's Waiver Agreement and Fee, based on availability or skill level. If a fully registered player is not placed on a team, full refund will be granted.
