Anyone who is going to be helping with the organization will need to have background checks completed.  The two that you will need at the PA State Police Background Check and the PA Child Abuse Check.  Below is the website that you can use to complete the PA State Police Check.  The Child Abuse Form will be available for download in the forms section of the website, as well as a link to the PA Portal to complete it online if you like.  If you have turned your background checks to the Park and Rec Department within the past 3 years, you do not need to get them renewed.

In order to do use the online abuse clearance site, you will need to create a login name and then go back to the main page to log in and fill out your application for the clearance.  You can still download the form and mail it into the state if you choose to do so.

Please make copies of these clearances and bring them to Tyler or give them to Coach Donald Chamberlin ASAP
