South Mountain Little League will be running a fall instructional program available to all players that will be playing at the AAA or Majors level in 2015. (League Age 9-12) 

The goal of the program will be to improve player skills through increased focus on baseball fundamentals.  Players will run through different drills with the intent of improving their skill level for the 2014 season and beyond.

We will focus on:

Hitting

Bunting

Pitching

Catching

Arm Strength

Base Running

Outfield Skills
