Free Throw-a-thon

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3^RD, 2017 at Somersworth High School

The Somersworth Boys’ Basketball program will be sponsoring a “Free Throw-a-thon” fall fundraiser on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3^rd, 2017 at Somersworth High School. On that day, players from the Somersworth Topper Basketball program will shoot 100 free throws each.  Every player prior to that date will get pledges. Donors are welcome to pledge per free throw made or a flat donation. The donation is considered a charitable contribution to the Somersworth Basketball Boosters program as we are a non-profit organization.

Each player is encouraged to obtain as many pledges as possible, and all players will participate.  Each player will shoot free throws at the SHS Gym on Sunday, December 4th, following this schedule:

Please use the pledge form to track pledges and donations. Checks should be made payable to “Somersworth Basketball Boosters” and placed into an envelope with the player’s name, grade, and total dollar amount collected on the outside.  All money pledged, along with the completed pledge form, must be turned into your son’s designated team’s free-throw coordinator by Saturday, December 16th, 2017.

Money raised will go to tournament and summer league fees to be worked out with your levels coach as well as other program fees at various levels.  Thank you for supporting Somersworth Topper Basketball. Your help and support is greatly appreciated. Our goals are to run a first class basketball program and to ensure that all the players have a positive athletic experience. These funds will help ensure that we accomplish these goals.

      Pledge amount is for every free-throw made (example: 50 ¢ each * total made) or a flat donation amount (i.e. $50.00)

      Checks made payable to “Somersworth Basketball Boosters” with player name on memo line

      Place cash and/or checks in an envelope with player’s name, grade, and the total amount of donations written on the outside of the envelope.

All money collected and this completed Pledge Form are due: Saturday, Dec. 16^th, 2017
