"What equipment does my child need to play lacrosse?" This is one of the most common questions we are asked every year at registration.
INSTRUCTIONAL (Age 5-6)- BOYS/GIRLS - Required to wear mouthguard. Boys lacrosse stick for boys, girls lacrosse stick (with pocket pushed/let-out). Players may wear soccer cleats.
BOYS (Age 7-14) - Required to wear an approved lacrosse helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, arm pads, rib pads, gloves, cup, and stick. They also need to wear cleats (soccer/football/lacrosse).
GIRLS (Age 7-14) - Required to wear mouthguard, protective eyewear, and a girls lacrosse stick. They also need to wear cleats (soccer/lacrosse).
