Team Nitro Long Island Fastpitch

Congrats to TNLI 16U Elite for a 3rd place tie in the USSSA Queen of the Hill Tourney over the weekend of Sept 13 & 14. This was the first tourney for the recently formed team under the Head Coaching direction of Dayna White. The team lost a hard fought battle in the semi-final to the LI Rebels 98. This was the 4th game of the day for the team who had to play an early morning seeding round game that was rained out on Saturday. In their advancing to the 3rd Place tie, they dominated the Ducks Fastpitch 16U in a 9 to 1 win then blew out the number 1 seeded Chiefs Fastpitch 16 - 0, before succumbing to a very long day of playing ball in losing to the LI Rebels 98 team 6 to 3. All in all, just a outstanding job to the girls and coaching staff of TNLI 16U Elite!
