    Sport Specific TrainingThis type of training is specific to freestyle wrestling and can be used for folkstyle, Greco-Roman wrestling as well. At the highest level, the best way for you to enhance your ability in the sport of wrestling is to train with specific movement patterns that enable you to reinforce wrestling technique, motor learning, and muscle memory.
Once the below concepts are mastered or applied repetitously, you will be able to take your training, workouts, and career in your own hands to create your very own sport specific training sessions.
Prior to starting any type of exercise program, trained professionals should be consulted i.e. doctors, athletic trainers, strength & conditioning specialists, and national governing body coaches.
