All volunteer positions are also confirmed during the Annual General Meeting. Captains are volunteers that are selected and approved by the Executive Board prior to the annual draft in April.  The elected members, past president, and the captains make up the Executive Board that decide on the affairs of the league.  The other volunteer positions round out the Executive Board, however they considered to be ex-officio (i.e. non voting) members.
