Enjoy the short video below of the strength and conditioning program with the Union Knights performing double kettlebell snatches. This round is 1-2-3-4-5. The number of repetitions are laddered up from 1 to 5 and is also coordinated with the breathing. We have also performing ladders with decreasing repetitions.

The last couple weeks over 50 athletes performed in the upper gym and our 1200 square foot weight room. Enjoy the pain!
