Meet the Coach: Kendall Kriz

Title: Strength coach - Russian Kettlebell Certified

Other Info: Coach Kriz is an official RKC and recently recertified. RKC is Russian Kettlebell Certified which hold the highest degree of respect in the kettlebell industry. Many schools have called, visited, and implemented KBs in their programs after seeing the success of the Union Knights.

Kendall has been a great asset to the Union Knights with assisting strength and conditioning at UMS during the summer. Known for his "tough" workouts he has been instrumental with the mental toughness of our program.

Kendall was as standout athlete at Dysart-Geneseo HS in wrestling (state qualifier), baseball, and golf. He received attention for his baseball talent from the Kansas City Royals organization.

Kendall is the lead RKC instructor at Joe's Gym in Dysart.

Kendall's wife Brenda also went to Dysart-Geneseo HS. His son Kyle, and daughter Whitney were athletes at Union HS and both went on to particpate in college athletics at Buena Vista University. Kyle was four-year wrestler at BVU and Whitney was a standout softball player. Whitney is an assistant softball coach and Kyle is an assistant football coach.
