Union graduate goes from the student to the teacher!

Text from former Union Knight athlete Cory Feldpouch: "They introduced a new thing at my baseball workouts, the kettlebell. I demonstrated how to do the workouts for the team and coaches." Cory is a freshman playing baseball at NIACC in Mason City.

Here is a great example of a Union athlete who participated in the Knight strength and conditioning program are equipped to be successful in college athletics. He not only knows technique with barbell and dumbell lifts but he knows the kettlebell. We have been doing kettlebell workouts for the last five years. You see kettlebells growing in the college and event the professional ranks. You even see it on The Biggest Loser TV show.

The 4000 square foot new weight room is going to be terrific and will allow a minimum of 60 students to workout at one time. With the new rubber floor it will be kettlebell resistant.

Congratulations Cory as the student becomes the teacher!
