Subject: A Positive Message and Thank You

Hello Andy and Don.

On behalf of our football crew, I wanted to take an opportunity to let you know how impressed all of us have been with the coaches and players that we have had an opportunity to work with this year at Union. Everyone involved has exhibited only the highest levels of sportsmanship and professionalism. From the positive reinforcements that the coaches vocalize to the players, communication with the officials, and seeing your athletes help the opposing players off the ground following a tackle, Union is without question one of the finest schools that we have worked with this season. You may find it hard to believe, we do not always have such a positive experience in every contest we officiate. It is our hope that you have been equally satisfied with our crew’s work this season and please know that we always welcome feedback – positive or negative. We look forward to working again next season with your student athletes and coaches and wish everyone only the very best during the post and off-seasons.
