90% Club for Union WRAP

The photo includes all the champions that have been to WRAP workouts 90% or more. The Knights work on Olympic, power, and kettlebell lifting techniques and exercises in addition to body weight exercises. They also are heavily involved in agility, acceleration/deceleration, plyometric, and various dynamic and static stretch techniques. In addition, we have incorporated unique exercises and stretch with the use of bands. On average there are anywhere from 40-60 athletes (boys and girls, 8th grade through 12th attending workouts).
