Union Knights Football Team

The following Union Knight football players will have individual pictures posted on the weight room Hall of Fame and also received a 24 kilo red kettlebell with the amount of weight lifted. They will join former teammate Gary Urban as 7000 lb members. The test is a strength endurance test where a 24 kilo kettlebell is snatched overhead for maximum repetitions in five minutes. An athlete must switch hands every five reps and cannot place the kettlebell down. Congratulations Knights!
