2010 Kickoff for Workouts!

Happy New Year!

The 2010 WRAP will begin on Monday, January 4th at 9:00am. Starting Tuesday all workouts will move to 6:30am start prior to school. We will have a four day a week cycle for four weeks and then go back to three days a week. On Tuesday and Thursday we will have running, agility, and some plyometric emphasis before we lift. Realize due to kettlebelling and some of the Olympic movements you already get plyometric training.

Basketball and wrestlers good luck the remainder of your seasons. We encourage you to attend a minimum of twice per week to maintain and increase your strength. We want you to be there by 6:45am warmed up and ready to go.

The best way to be successful with attendance is to find another teammate that is an accountability partner. We highly encourage you to find one before Monday.

We have a one week deload phase and then we will max out again so be ready to go.

PS - The football team will be honored on Monday, January 4th at halftime of the girls basketball game for the 2009 season. All state players will also be recognized. Congrats to all.
