Shay Foulk, staring cornerback on the 2011 3A State Champion Union Knight football team.
Now a man that is a part of a much bigger team. He protects the very land we play on. He is
one of the best of the best. Shay is a U.S. Army Ranger. We were honored to have him come
workout with us today at 6:30am and then address the team before the finisher on the track. Shay
said the thing he remembers most is not the championship but the teammates that surrounded him
and how much adversity we fought through during the 2011 fall. Adversity makes you stronger.
