Union Knights Football Team

Following last week's 57-0 drubbing of Independence, Union saw itself climb in various polls across the state.

In the BCMoore rankings on IowaPreps.com (comparable to the BCS polls in college football) has Union at #5 in class 3A. The official IowaPreps.com poll has Union at #3 in class 3A, and also jumped the Knights from #11 to the #10 spot in their overall rankings (includes all classes).

The Iowa AP Poll has Union ranked the highest after week 2 games were completed, as the Knights see themselves sitting at #2 in class 3A.
