1.     Tournament Dates and Times

a)     A – September 27 and September 28 and October 4 with final on October 5 at Northwestern.

b)    AA – October 4 and October 5 and October 11 and Final on October 12 at Northwestern.

c)     AAA – September 27 and September 28 and October 4 with final on October 5 at Breinigsville and Alburtis. Final weekend will all be at Breinigsville Park.

d)    Reps need to convey these Times will be 9, 11, 1 , 3 and 5.

2.     Dates will be pushed back one day if fields are unplayable due to weather.

3.     One hour and thirty minute time limit and complete inning you’re in.

4.     Tie at time limit will implement international tie breaker rule.

a)     Place last out on second base.

b)    Start with 1 and 1 count with 0 outs.

c)     If still tied after 2 innings of international tie breaker rule play then place last out on third and second last out on first and start with 1 and 1 count and 1 out.

5.   A 12 run rule is in effect after the 4th inning, or 3 ½ if the home team is ahead by 12 or more runs. If after 3 ½  innings either team goes ahead by 12 runs or more at any time the game is over.

6.     Pitching limits for tournament will be as follows.

a)     A – 8 innings or 24 outs per pitcher per weekend. 

b)    AA – 9 innings or 27 outs per pitcher per weekend.

c)     AAA – 10 innings or 30 outs per pitcher per weekend.

d)    No max innings per day and starting pitcher can reenter the game at the AAA level.

7.  Report the results of all tournament games ASAP using the game reporting template by email to tahmdh96@yahoo.com. Please update the brackets manually at the fields as well.

8.     Pitching limits for Championship and Loser Bracket Final.

a)     Max of 3 innings per pitcher per game at all levels regardless of innings pitched during the weekend (Both games start fresh).

b)    AA and AAA Divisions will play complete 7 inning game without time limit for championship and Loser bracket final.

c) A Division will play complete 6 inning game without time limit for championship and loser bracket final.
