Alan Porter is a Major League Baseball Umpire, uniform #64. He made his MLB Debut on April 5, 2010. He joined the full time MLB  Staff in 2013. Alan worked in the MLB All-Star Game in 2015. Alan has been rewarded for his outstanding performance with assignments in the last 4 National League Division Series (2014-2017).

This is the second year for the free clinic. Alan will spend a couple hours talking to us about mechanics for working the plate and bases, field demeanor, and other valuable tips for umpires of all skill levels. This is an event you don't want to miss.
