Chayse Ierlan got his third shutout of the season as Victor defeated Skaneateles 2-0 on Wednesday night (http://pointstreak.com/prostats/gamesheet_full.html?gameid=3276320). All the scoring was done in the opening period as Alex Hernandez got Victor on the board early with a power-play goal.  Ashton Collazo found Hernandez open in front of the net and Alex buried it. Andrew Crean scored late in the period off a nice assist from Connor Gelabert.  Defense, penalty kill, and goaltending were strong throughout as Victor killed off 5 penalties as well as a Skaneateles 5 on 3 for over a minute-twenty in the third period.  Victor (9-0-2) heads off to it’s overnight weekend, playing Salmon River (6-3-1) next on Friday night, Jan 19 at 6:30 at Salmon River High School followed by a game on Saturday, Jan 20 at 1:00 against Massena (4-3-0) at Massena Arena.
