Victor 8, Auburn 2

Behind Jack McCandless’ hat trick and Connor Gelabert’s 3 assists, Victor erupted over Auburn 8-2 on Friday night (http://pointstreak.com/prostats/gamesheet_full.html?gameid=3250792). Victor skated strong all night and the scoring started early with Ashton Collazo tipping in an Evan Millspaugh shot from the point a minute and a half into the game. Auburn tied it up in the fifth minute but that was as close as the game got as Victor scored 3 goals within a minute. By the end of the first period it was 6-1.  Victor scored 1 in the second and each team put in a goal in the third. Scoring for Victor were Jack McCandless (3), Sam Lambert (2), Ashton Collazo, Mitch Rydzynski, and James Tilley. Connor Gelabert had 3 assists on the night. Victor (12-0-3) next takes on Gates-Chili/Wheatland-Chili (2-13-2) on Tuesday, Jan 30 at 7:15 at Rochester Ice Arena.
