WBBA BYLAWS, ARTICLE III – NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS OF BOARD MEMBERS (OFFICERS)
3.01 NOMINATIONS:
A. Advertisement for Board nominations and Eligibility requirements shall be posted each July.
B. Officer eligibility – Members in good standing, per Article II, are eligible to run for any elected office except President. The Presidential nominee is to be someone currently serving on the Board of Directors.
C. Ballot – A current Officer, appointed by the Executive Council, shall gather names of those individuals wishing to be considered for the various elected offices, as stated in paragraph 4.01, herein below. The slate of candidates is to be presented at the regularly scheduled August meeting. Objections are to be noted.
