* Starting Dec 19th from 6pm to 9pm.
* Cost per participant is $60
* 12 hours of work outs
* 25 Dukes Coaches Professional & College
* Players Participants receive a Dukes Winter Work Out T-Shirt  

Stations:  Infield - Outfield -  Pitchers - Catchers - Cage Drills 
Oppo Hitting - Base Running - Mental Baseball

Ages 10 to 15  are welcome!
